If we chose to do so you will have no legal or contractual right to continue to use the services on the platform. If we suspend or terminate your account or you choose to discontinue the service you may lose any information associated with your account including any content you have posted. If your account is suspended and/or terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions, any listing or advertising fee or charges that you may have paid will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any or all of the services on the LocalBizForSale.com platform at any time and for any reason without any prior notice. We will not be liable to you or anybody else for the effect any of these changes in services may have on you including, but not limited to, any income or ability to generate revenue through the use of our services. You release LocalBizForSale.com or any affiliated companies from any claims, demands, or damages arising out of disputes with other parties or users.

At no time will our liability be greater than the amount of advertising fee you have paid to us. Furthermore, these Terms and Conditions or your activity on the LocalBizForSale.com platform will in no way create any partnership or agency relationship between you and LocalBizForSale.com or their affiliated and/or holding companies.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE SECURE OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION OR WILL BE FREE OF ANY VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL SOFTWARE. YOU USE OUR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONDUCT YOUR DUE DILLIGENCE AND SEEK PROFESSIONAL LEGAL AND FINANCIAL ADVICE PRIOR TO ENTERING INTO ANY KIND OF AGREEMENT WITH A LISTED BUSINESS. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUE OR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SERVICES.
